Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 12, 2026

These terms cover what you can expect from Nuotes and what's expected of you when using it. By signing in and using the assistant, you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You're responsible for keeping that account secure, and for anything that happens under it. You should be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use Nuotes.

Acceptable use

Use Nuotes for what it's built for: your own personal notes. Don't use it to store or generate illegal content, to abuse or overload the service, or to try to access another account's data.

Your content

Notes and messages you give Nuotes are yours. We don't claim ownership over them. We store and process them only to provide the assistant to you, as described in the privacy policy.

Not a substitute for professional records

Nuotes is built for everyday personal notes and reminders. It isn't built or certified for clinical, legal, financial, or other regulated recordkeeping, and shouldn't be relied on as a substitute for tools built specifically for those purposes.

The service is provided as is

Nuotes is an actively developed, small project. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of bugs. The assistant's responses are generated by an AI model and can occasionally be wrong, so double check anything important before relying on it.

Ending your account

You can stop using Nuotes at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, such as by abusing the service or attempting to access data that isn't theirs.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Nuotes after a change means you accept the updated terms.
